All q’ued up is a bbq team from John Lindsey He is the creator of the fantastic line of rubs and seasonings. His products are used in Steak Competition Association competitions for professional grilling and barbecuing.
Arkassippi Combo
Perhaps the most famous combination of rubs in the bbq world is John Lindsey and Ronald Burns’ Arkassipi Combo. Ronald is competitor/colleague bbq-er of the Hotty Totty BBQ crew. The men met regularly during one of the many bbq competitions. Thus the idea of working together was born. The men passionately convey their love of bbq during (live) sessions on FaceBook and YouTube.
And so was born the Arkassippi Combo consisting of the Bovine Delight and Climax AP rubs from the Hotty Totty BBQ Crew, and the Steak Shake and Big Red Beef rubs from All q’ued up.
The name of this champion combination is an amalgamation of Arka(nsas) where Ronald is from and (Missis)sippi where John is from.
