Can everyone participate in your BBQ workshops?

Yes, we have designed our BBQ workshops so that anyone, of any level can take our BBQ workshop. We have easy-to-prepare menus, which you will also be sent to prepare yourself at home. All you need are the ingredients, a BBQ, and basic tools like a knife and cutting board. We want to educate our customers/guests as best we can, so that you learn how to better handle your (Grill Bill) kamado. You will therefore be taught by a real grill master who will teach you the intricacies of barbecuing on a kamado.

I don't see a suitable date, now what?

We schedule our BBQ Workshops about 2 months in advance. Often on the weekend, or on a free (holiday) there is no date in between, and want to be notified of new workshop? Subscribe to our newsletter , or follow our Facebook page . Don't forget to adjust the notification message settings from Highlights to "Default." That way you never miss anything.

Where do you hold the BBQ workshops?

Our workshops take place at our premises in Eindhoven, at breitnerstraat 9 . We are located in the center of Eindhoven, 10 minutes walk from the station, and 5 minutes walk from the stratums end. So if you want to grab a nightcap after our workshop, it will only take you a few minutes to find a nice pub. You can park for free all along the street, as highlighted in red on the map below.

Is a BBQ workshop suitable for team building activities?

Absolutely! A BBQ workshop is an excellent choice for team building activities. Cooking together and enjoying delicious food promotes team spirit, encourages cooperation and creates unforgettable memories. It's a great way to strengthen bonds within a team.

I have an allergy, how should I report it?

If you have an allergy to fish, for example, you can indicate during checkout in the comment field that you are allergic to fish, for example. We then provide an excellent alternative.

Are your workshops suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

No, we do not do an all vegan or vegetarian menu or program.

What are the differences between the BBQ workshops?

We currently have 2 types of workshops. The Kamado BBQ Workshop ; in the beginning of this workshop we will go a little deeper into fuels, smoking wood, lighting the kamado, setup, safety and quenching, among other topics. We also prepare a 5-course menu with bread, fish, beef, chicken and fruit. Culinary World Journey; During this workshop we will go a little deeper into the preparations, taking 1 dish from a total of 5 cuisines, incl. a stew. Both workshops are for all levels, with the Kamado workshop giving the most basic information.

Why should I book a BBQ Workshop with Grill Bill?

We have a unique concept at Grill Bill. You will, unlike many other providers, prepare each dish yourself, in groups of up to 3 people. Thus, we have no problems with guests being assigned to the entremets when they had wanted to do the main course. Led by professional pitmasters, you will learn to control the fire, new techniques such as smoking, low and slow, grilling or stewing during our BBQ workshop.
