1 st 1 red bell pepper
1 st 1 green dad

2 st 2 pineapple rings from juice
1 el 1 bovine delight

Instructies
- cut the chicken thigh into about 2 cm pieces
- put the olive oil in a bowl add the chicken thigh and mix with the Fin & Feather Citrus and let marinate for a while
- cut the peppers and onion into large pieces, cut the pineapple rings into quarters
- Now thread the chicken, pineapple, bell bell pepper and onion onto the skewers
- Put all the greens you have left in a skillet and add 2 tbsp olive oil and the bovine delight dry rub
- grill the chicken at high temperature about 180 / 200 degrees until cooked (74 degrees core temp.), turn regularly, add smoke wood to taste, a handful of shreds dry in the fire makes the dish suddenly taste very different, and you get the real bbq flavor with this.
- Serve the grilled vegetables on a plate along with the chicken skewers. You can perfectly pair this dish with couscous or rice.

Notities
- You can use plain chicken breast instead of chicken thigh. Chicken thigh is a little greasier, and therefore does give a little more flavor. And chicken thigh stays tender, where chicken breast gets a drier texture faster if you grill it longer.
