These delicious chicken thigh skewers are marinated in a sweet and savory marinade made from one of the best dry rubs available, giving them a delicious flavor and aroma. Marinating the chicken thigh in this dry rub also helps make the meat juicier and more tender, making it perfect for grilling on the barbecue.

For the skewers, pieces of chicken disc fillet are interspersed with pieces of pineapple and bell bell pepper and onion to add a nice color and flavor to the dish. The combination of sweet pineapple and savory chicken thigh with crunchy paprika is super delicious and makes for a very balanced dish.

Easy and quick to prepare, chicken thigh skewers are a great option for a summer barbecue or a cozy meal with friends and family.

  • 500 gr 500 kipdijfiler

  • 4 el 4 Fin & Feather Citrus – Big Jimu0027s

  • 4 el 4 olive oil

  • 1 st 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 st 1 green dad

  • 1 st 1 large yellow onion

  • 2 st 2 pineapple rings from juice

  • 1 el 1 bovine delight

  • 2 hands 2 Smoking Wood Chips Bronckhorster Bear


  • cut the chicken thigh into about 2 cm pieces
  • put the olive oil in a bowl add the chicken thigh and mix with the Fin & Feather Citrus and let marinate for a while
  • cut the peppers and onion into large pieces, cut the pineapple rings into quarters
  • Now thread the chicken, pineapple, bell bell pepper and onion onto the skewers

  • You can use plain chicken breast instead of chicken thigh. Chicken thigh is a little greasier, and therefore does give a little more flavor. And chicken thigh stays tender, where chicken breast gets a drier texture faster if you grill it longer.
