The Flambadou is a cast iron cone designed to be heated until it is red hot. A great toy for the true BBQ masters that provides the ultimate taste experience.
- You hold the Flambadou cone with the narrow side down. You place this in or between the coals until it glows red.
- Then you place the fat in the cone (in the top) and it will catch fire.
- Now you go over your dish (meat, fish, vegetables) with the cone and sprinkle the melting fat over this.
The Flambadou is attached to a long handle of high quality steel with an olive wood handle.
