Kamado BBQ

We can hardly imagine it, but should you not like your Grill Bill or are not satisfied, you may return the kamado ordered through the web shop (purchased remotely) within 14 days. Please note that the kamado has to be unused and the original packaging has to be intact.

Accessories

Accessories are also subject to a 14-day return period. The products may be returned unused without giving any reason.

Exception of return

• From a hygienic point of view: Products on which food has already been prepared.
• Products manufactured without our consent
• Products made to customer specifications
• Hygienic products or products with a health risk whose seal has been broken
• Products with limited shelf life

Return costs

If you want to return something, you will have to make sure that the product is returned to us in good condition.

If something is delivered defectively, we will provide a return label.
