We cannot imagine it, but should you not like your Grill Bill or be dissatisfied, you may return the kamado ordered via the webshop within 14 days. Please note that the kamado has to be unused and the original packaging has to be intact.
Accessories
Accessories are also subject to a 14-day return period. The products may be returned unused without giving any reason.
Exception of return
- From a hygienic point of view: Products on which food has already been prepared.
- Products manufactured without our consent
