Because the Valhal Outdoor skillet is “flat,” it can also be easily used as a plancha. The edge of the skillet is low, measured only 2.5cm from the inside.

Cast iron

Cast iron is a material that conducts and retains heat well, also cast iron is suitable for any heat source.

Use

Valhal Outdoor’s cast iron is already pre-treated with a natural oil, so you don’t need to do this yourself before the first use. Nevertheless, we do recommend heating the cast iron thoroughly before first use. When you take good care of your skillet, you have a pan for life. To ensure longevity, we recommend regularly grooming your pan with the Valhal wax.
