After this workshop, you’ll be all set for the real thing! Low and slow, high and fast, smoking, baking, grilling. All facets of cooking on a kamado are covered. This workshop is for the advanced barbecue enthusiast, so do you already fancy yourself a semi-bbq expert? Then this is the workshop to do.

The price is all-inclusive and includes soft drinks, beer and wine. Everything is provided by us, the kamados and the accessories. You’ll get a ton of information about both the kamado and cooking.

For whom
This basic workshop is for anyone who wants to gain basic knowledge about cooking on a kamado bbq. You will work in groups of 2 or up to 3 people.

Due to current covid measures, we have room for only 12 people per workshop. You can make 1 reservation per 2 or 3 people.

Out of love for cooking and of course barbecuing, Parkstreet BBQ&Grill was born!
The love of barbecuing was dormant from an early age through my grandfather who was a contractor and would provide barbecues in his yard for the whole family. 2 large plates on schagen with a tablecloth over it and you had a table. 2 sheds with an old sink with 2 grates on it was the bbq. And then everything went on it: from meatball to chicken drumstick and chops and my grandfather’s secret spice mix.
Our rules of the game
Of course, we try to keep everything as simple as possible, so there are 3 things that are important.
- Cancel, this can be done up to 4 days before the workshop. We make a reservation and based on this we make purchases. Therefore, we would like to know well in advance if you want to cancel.
- Be careful with lots of alcohol; it’s a workshop, not a boozefest. Well safe when you’re around sharp knives and red-hot coals.
- Not enough participants. Our workshops continue from 8 participants. If we have too few participants we will contact you in a timely manner to schedule another date.
