This “Shawarma Lebanese Kebab” seasoning is a delicious rub that is multi-purpose. Angus & Oink got inspiration for this rub from a trip to the middle east.

Tip from the inventors:

At least 1 hour before cooking, apply the rub to the moist meat (use olive oil or lemon juice, for example) and allow to soak in gently. When you put it in a zip lock bag, no oxygen gets to it and the flavors can soak in.
