Warranty on Grill Bill Kamados

We offer a standard 10-year warranty on all kamados. We also offer the option to purchase an additional warranty. This way you can decide for yourself whether or not you want to pay extra for this. Something that is already calculated in a more expensive price by other parties.

We believe that warranty and price say nothing about the quality and durability of a product. We believe that our kamado bbqs should not only be affordable, but also that our customers should have the choice of how much warranty they want. And whether they want to pay extra for it. Fair enough, right?

Buy additional warranty

The warranty on your kamado can be extended for 5 or 10 years, and is only for the egg itself. All other parts such as fire bowl, fire ring, grates apply a maximum warranty of 2 years.

Conditions kamados

Like all other kamado brands, we impose conditions on the use of our products.

We therefore assume that you take care of your Grill Bill kamado and that you have followed our user tips and the manual when assembling it. If you handle your kamado with care and follow our tips, the chance of damage is minimal. Prevention is better than replacement right?

Ceramic BBQ

The ceramic of your Grill Bill expands when you heat it and shrinks when it cools. Its extremely fine structure allows ceramics to expand and contract very evenly.

As a result, there is little chance of cracking. Still, it may happen that a tear may develop. And while this may seem like a defect, in most cases such a crack is harmless and does not affect the operation of your kamado. So unnecessary and also a bit of a waste to replace. By the way, one advantage of a crack in your ceramic is that it has easier room to expand.
