This butcher knife can be used perfectly for cutting large pieces of meat.

Forged’s Katai knives have a unique and chic appearance. The blade features fine hammer blows, giving Katai knives the distinctive Forged look. The blade is completely hand-forged in 5 layers of Japanese VG10 steel. The handle, in turn, is made of root wood.

Because each knife is made by hand, this ensures that each one is unique.
