With our Pro Medium kamado you own a unique and compact bbq excellent for small garden, small families, or on the balcony or roof terrace! With a grid diameter of 32.5cm, this kamado is large enough to prepare a complete meal for 5 people, or hold a BBQ snack party for up to 10 people.

In addition, this Medium kamado also comes very complete, with a number of essential accessories. So you only pay for the must haves you need to get started right away. You decide whether you want to pay extra for other useful accessories such as a pizza stone or digital thermometer, for example.

Cast Iron Grill Grid

For the perfect grill streak, and a lot more flavor

Nice thick grill stripes (also called maillard effect) on all your creations, that’s nice. An insanely tasty crispy crust, which is what real chefs want, and that’s no different than with this state-of-the-art cast iron grille. It retains the heat better than stainless steel and also looks very tough and robust. Get your chest wet because this is successfully ensured during grilling and roasting.

The stainless steel grill grill can be used to prepare many dishes. Because of its thin structure, it retains less heat, which makes it ideal for indirectly grilling a delicious piece of fish and delicious crustaceans such as lobster and langoustines, or for low and slow preparations of course.

Cleaning our stainless steel grill does not take a lot of work, this can be done with a steel brush or you heat the kamado well hot, then the grill will be clean by itself.

Heat deflector

Avoid blackening and burning dishes with this handy extra thick ceramic heat deflector. So you can grill indirectly, as if your food is in the oven, only then better! Transferred from the professional kitchen to our kamado. The fiberglass gasket, or glassfiber gasket. This gasket, unlike normal felt, practically never needs to be replaced. And your lid closes a lot softer, too.

Jouw ervaring: Het was even wennen maar hij bevalt me nu prima. De temperatuurbeheersing gaat steeds beter. Maar ik zit nog wel steeds te rommelen met het rooster wat van de heat deflector. Maar al doende leert men.

In het leven ga je niet vreemd! Dus ook met je kamado niet. Na 2jaar de large te hebben, ook voor een medium grill Bill gegaan. En wederom weer een genot om mee te werken. Perfect voor er bij om wat andere gerechten te maken terwijl je op de large je low en slow bereid. En tevens is het een perfect maatje om mee op vakantie te nemen.
